We strive to ensure that our Services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. The Services may be unavailable during maintenance periods, technical difficulties, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
Currently, Savvy VPN is offered as a free service. In the future, we may introduce premium features or subscription plans. We will provide notice before implementing any fee-based services, and your continued use of those services after the fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

We reserve the right to limit the number of devices that may be connected to the Services under a single account. Currently, you may connect up to 3 devices simultaneously with one account.

WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE RELIABLE AND SECURE SERVICES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR THAT THEY WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OR MALICIOUS CODE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVVY VPN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAVVY VPN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF SAVVY VPN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
